Q: What is the return policy on AS-IS items?

A: There are no returns, refunds or replacements on as-is items. New products have a 7-day warranty. 

 

 

Q: How do I receive a refund for a item that is still under Big Daddy's 7 Day Warranty?

A: After the item is returned and inspected to insure all watermarks are inplaced, you will receive a refund for the auction price only

. 

 

 

Q: Do you ship international?

A:  All orders ship UPS Ground within the 48 continental states in the US only. We do not ship to Canada

 

 

Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box or unconfirmed address?

A:  NO! (please send a non P.O. BOX address)

 

 

Q: What does powered up and untested mean?

A:  We only test to see if the product powers up, every feature on the item is not tested and is not guaranteed.

 

 

Q:  Can you please retract my bid from your auction?

A:  It’s totally up to you to retract your own bid from our auctions. Ebay allows you to cancel you own bid on auctions after you are logged on.

 

 

Q: Can you stop an auction so I can buy it now?

A: We will not stop an auction. Please place a bid on the auction if you are really interested in the item.

 

 

Q: I paid using paypal two weeks ago, why does my payment still show unclaimed?

A: Please check to see if you sent payment to the right paypal account. The account is paypal@bigdaddysurplus.com

 

 

Q:  I have received my item and posted good feedback, why haven’t I seen feedback from you?

A:  Please email us requesting feedback and make sure to put your auction number. If you leave us bad feedback before trying to resolve a problem with your auction, we will also leave negative feedback.

 

Q: I sent you an email asking a question about an auction and I have not received an answer?

A: We try to answer all emails; some emails are over looked if the answer to the question is already stated in the auction or on this page.
